Paul Crouch jnr... for sheer self righteousness, arrogance and pride

Paul Crouch snr...for outbursts of anger and lunacy through the airwaves

Jan Crouch for the most ridiculous, over the top, ostentatious, cheap looking, whoreish, crazy, garish, unchristianlike wigs proving her absolute poor taste.

Benny Hinn...for the greatest number of unfulfilled prophecies- like Castro dying in the 90s, Jesus personally appearing on his show,the dead rising on his show and dozens of others

Joyce Meyer...for the world's most expensive and famous commode

For Joyce's husband...for being prepared to be carried around in her handbag (and for driving some of the world's most expensive cars.)

Kenneth Copeland...for the Body of Christ's worst case of stewardship-2 jets worth $20,000,000 each plus millions on his own private airport and other planes

Oral Roberts...for raising $8,000,000 so that God wouldn't take him home to heaven and for fleecing the flock of $250,000,000 for the cure for cancer that God told him he would find and which he never found.A defunct hospital stands as a monument to the naivity of the sheeple and a false prophet's ego.

Pat Robertson...for his crazy prophecies about judgements falling on South American presidents and homesexuals. And of course his infamous shakes and vitamins. Not too mention Pat's very dubious involvement with notorius African presidents for various business ventures.

Jesse...for laughing all the way to the bank.

Creflo...for agreeing to comply with Grassley and then suddenly realising the implications of what Grassley will find and then chickening out.

Paula White...for the nip and tuck and boob job so "that she can look presentable for her followers". She did it for the Body not for her own personal vanity???sure!

Juanita Bynum...the lunatic so called "prophetess" for the multi million dollar wedding (paid for by the saints) which now is a farce and millions of saints money down a big hole.

"Bishop" Weekes...for being everything else to what God describes as a bishop

...the list goes on and on

My point is this - rather than putting people up on pedestals why don't we focus on cleaning up our own backyard and really being christians so the world doesn't think we are crazy.

Joel Osteen has the biggest church in America and believes Mormons are saved. My heart is grieved. He is a baby and should go to seminary and then come back and pastor. Right now he is not ready to pastor, only to exhort on specific topics. They need a pastor there. At the very least he should now study mormonism and then make a public apology for what he said.

Paul Crouch Jr. obviously thinks people who blog and protest against heresy are ridiculous and no one listens to them. He is highminded and needs to get right with God through humility and lowliness. My sense is that he does not have a close relationship with the Word or the Spirit. And anyone who is not controlled by the Spirit is controlled by the flesh/devil. The leader of a Christian TV network should be completely controlled by the Holy Ghost and the Word of God. I scratch my head because the guy is getting warning after warning but laughs at them. WAKE UP Paul Jr.!!

My heart grieves over the church in America. It is a lukewarm mess.
While reading about Joel I just wanted to throw up. Then I knew it was Jesus inside me wanting to throw up. At that point I had a vision of Jesus' throw up. It was filled with chunks of prosperity preachers. It was yellowish in color and pretty gross. The chunks came out whole so obviously they were not digested very well. These chunks of people were still dressed in fancy suits and dresses though. Yes, I believe Joel has a good heart but he is making niceness/sincerity Lord now, not Jesus.

I think the Holy Ghost, the Father, and the Lord are so very grieved over what is happening in American christendom today. Judgment has come and it will not let up. 'Repentance is the only thing that can stop it, and I don't think that will happen until some are in prison or on their deathbeds.

I am grieved. I believe God is allowing me to feel His grief. I can't tell you how awful it feels.

Holy Spirit, many of us have marched to the beat of our lusts, not to the beat of Your heart. Forgive us and bring us back. We adore You and long for You to blow upon our lives and hearts again.

I have difficulty posting here nowadays because I think Charisma is more into selling magazines than wiping the feet of Jesus. I think they have played a part in the demise of the American church by promoting man-centered ministries and haven't repented publicly for that. And I don't want to be a part of that. Their articles and focus should be completely in line with the Spirit and the Word or they are no better than TBN. I pray for the fear of God to rest upon them, and upon us all. It is the beginning of wisdom. And we are to love wisdom.

For the people who are posting, writing, praying, and preaching against the imbalanced prosperity doctrine, you are the stomach in the body of Christ. What you are doing is the will of God. You are part of the vomiting process.

As a result most of America now must think God loves us, he won't send us to hell, when we die we can tell Him about all the good things we have done and He'll let us into heaven.

Paul Crouch jnr epitomizes arrogance and haughtiness just like his parents
and hopefully they will be the first.

I agree! Joel Osteen and Warren should head the list of bad news for christianity in 2007.Although it's a hard choice because there are hundreds of candidates and stiff competition from Kenneth, Benny, Creflo, Joyce, Paul Crouch jnr and snr, Jesse etc

Joel is like icing on a fruity Christmas cake....The icing is soooooooooo sweet, looks sooooo pretty, tastes sooo delicious, is soooo colourful-

[b]BUT[/b] ...it is SICKLY, no good for your health, may create pimples, the colour chemicals are poisons and if you lived on it all the time you would grow weak and eventually die, just like Joel's teaching.

This is what Joel's teaching does to the spiritual life of the sheeple.Their ears are tickled but spiritually they are weak and sickly. They don't want the nutritious fruit of the real cake under the icing..they love the shallow ,sickly surface coating that Joel delivers up. Assessing from one of Joel's recent interviews it appears he doesn't pray much (which equates to the rubbish he dishes out). He says he just listens to his heart each morning to see if he is on track and humble...My Bible says "the heart is deceitful and desperately wicked". Frankly I'd prefer to listen to Jesus rather than my heart!
Frankly he appears as an effeminate, wimpy, sissy, pathetic woos.I get the impression from the few times I saw brief glimpses of him when I used to watch TBN that if he had Tinia between a couple of his toes that he would scream out that the devil is persecuting him and he's under severe suffering for God. Some of these guys just need to take a break, take off their nappies and get out into the real world for a change1

Rick Warren is a great promoter of a wishy washy experience without real repentance...no wonder the world and Murdoch give him a platform!
Warren is just what Murdoch and the Illuminati need to promote and prepare the sheeple for a one world religion. One of the greatest things that happened to Australia was when Murdoch left and lived with you guys. And, surprise, surprise like most of the media moguls he has Jewish ancestry.Rick Warren seems to be one of his best mates. Judge a man by the friends he keeps.

I like what C.H.Spurgeon, a real man of God, said: "I only want to reach men and women solely by the preaching of the pure gospel of salvation".
Spugeon affected millions of people without any gimmicks-no purpose driven life, no God Chaser tee shirts or bumper stickers, no $20,000,000 jets.
Just the gospel which is the power of God unto salvation.

Well at least Mr. Grady didn't place Mr. Rick Warren on his list of greats. I (and millions of viewers) got to hear Rick Warren’s presentation of the Gospel Sunday night on Fox News and for the millions of views who were wondering why [i]“God invaded earth”[/i] and became a man and [i]“not a cow, monkey or a bird”[/i] it was so I [i]“could relate to Him”[/i] and to give me a second chance because I [i]“didn't get it right the first time.”[/i]

I also understand God likes to give [i]“mulligans”[/i] so after I googled that word (because I thought it was a wedgy or something) I found out that’s golf lingo for a second shot. I suppose the Fox News viewers are golfers (know thy market).

Rick did a masterful job avoiding negative words such as “sin, blood, death, burial or resurrection”. Rick said absolutely nothing of breaking God’s commandments, his Holiness, nothing that may bring about conviction (1 John 4:3), but the "Good news" is I know God doesn’t want me lonely, that’s why He came down, to comfort me so[i] I’m not alone[/i], because [i]everybody feels alone sometimes [/i]and all I've to do is say “yes God” and ask Jesus into my life and if I did, I’m saved and He has a Purpose for my life.

Good post,i anticipate also, that along with Joel Osteen, Rick Warren would be happy in Salt Lake City as visiting speaker at the temple.I can't get my head around all of this, having grown up from conversion at 25 with absolutes and doctrines which included the Divinity of Christ.
